Linda Emery BA LLB

Linda has more than forty years experience and offer expert legal advice in many areas of law. From conveyancing and family law to court litigation and estate matters, Linda is knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic of her clients’ needs.

 

As a member of the Law Society of NSW, Linda is required to undertake mandatory Continuing Legal Education units. She attends seminars and presentations to keep abreast of the changes to the law.

 

Linda is an active member in her local community and supports the success of Central Coast businesses.

Linda is our lawyer with 40 years experience, and has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as Family Law, Estates and Litigation.

 She has many years working with Linda and has a high attention to detail and works hard to support clients in their conveyancing matters. Rachel is very friendly and approachable and is solution focused.


Rachel has twenty-five years’ experience working in Central Coast law firms and is a Licensed Conveyancer undertaking general and complex conveyancing work. She completed her Associate Degree in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and is the firm’s resident PEXA ‘expert’.
