Time to renew and update your will?


The passing of the State Revenue Legislation Further Amendment Act 2020 on the 24th June 2020, means that there can be tax implications if there are any intended beneficiaries, who are foreign persons or if the trustee owns residential property.


Any will or codicil executed after 1 January 2021 may need some additional provisions in the will.
